Automatic laser cutting machine for labels. New technology giving very high production output.

THE MACHINE IS SUPPLIED AS FOLLOWS:-

An aluminium structure, complete with:-

Two unwinders with ribbon tension adjustment.
Automatic stop at material end.
Self-adhesive tape sticking device.
Table for product quality control.
Management and checking of all working functions by computer, processing programs storage.
LPS control system for the positioning of the label to be cut on both axes.
Galvanometric system with Z-dynamic lens for beam focussing, giving a cutting speed of up to 400 mt/min.
Controller unit to keep ribbon tension constant at the exit.
Two label rewinders with removal of cutting waste or, if not required, have the labels fall into a collecting box.
Vector drawing setting to create the shape to be cut. Any of the popular graphic programs are suitable for this purpose.
Cutting program setting from floppy disk.
Camera for process checking.
