Motorised unwinder for large dimension rolls, up to 330 mm width, complete with automatic stopping device at tape end.

REWINDER RT 330

Storage box complete with photocells Mod. BF 330
Allows the independent use of the rewinder.
Tape feeding width 330 mm.
Vacuum/heated surface: keeps the tape flat and makes separation of the die-cut trims easier.
Pneumatic expansion shaft for die-cut waste rewinding.
Longitudinal adjustable cutting unit complete with 5 round blades and 5 counter-blades.
2 rewinding shafts with pneumatic expansion diameter 75 mm, provided with reversing gear to rewind either left or right; electronic stretching regulator.
1 wire suction device included.
Rewiding capacity: 500 mm diameter (approximately 1,000 metres paper)

5 photocells checking label presence (the machine will stop automatically if one label is missing).
Electronic metre counter.
Electronic label counter.
PLC control system with programmable stop on the length of the roll. The stop can be programmed either in metres, yards or number of labels.
Diagnostic: alarms with programmable automatic stop.
