Electronic machine to hot print self-adhesive and textile labels of all kinds, artificial leather, tags and tickets, decorative tapes for giftwrapping.

STANDARD MACHINE DESCRIPTION:-

Motorized unwinder with automatic stop at the end of the tape.
Three printing heads for maximum 9 colours
The first one for printing
The second one for printing
The third one for printing or hot/cold die-cutting.
Three storage boxes (type 40) for plates and die-cuts.
One pull-out counter-pressure box for the third unit.
Three units for plate adjustment on the X-Y axis.
Electronic tape feed unit with stepper motor controlled by programmer.
Motor with electronic variator.
Cutting unit for tickets, labels, tags, etc, width 110 mm.
Independent motorised external rewinder with double rewind and double clutch to rewind reels up to 300 mm diameter.
Metal protective case with scratchproof paint. Equipped with sliding plexiglass doors and security micro switches in accordance with CE norms.
Machine table complete with lower shelf and drawers.
