Ultrasound slitting machine for labels and fabric tapes
Maximum width of the tape - 310 mm, minimum width of slit tapes - 10 mm
Speed variator from 0 to 60 mt/minute, depending on materials

THE MACHINE IS SUPPLIED AS FOLLOWS:-

Unwinding shaft for reels: Pneumatic expansion shaft with overhang, for quick insertion of reels.
Tape stretching control: Electronic control with micro-switch and electromagnetic clutch.
Device for automatic tape centering: Controlled by photocells for reading both tape edges.
Cutting device
- Three ultrasound generators, complete with vibrating units, converters and amplifiers
- Permanent compressed air cooling of vibrating units
- 31 blade holders with independent cutting pressure compensation.
- 31 cutting blades 0.3 mm thick.
- 31 cutting blades 0.5 mm thick.
- Electronic meter-counter to measure cut tapes.
Cut tapes rewinder: Pneumatic expansion shaft with overhang, at electronic tension adjusting, for quick change of the cut reels.
Waste stretching and removing device: Electronic adjustable device to stretch and remove by compressed air lateral slitting wastes.

ACCESSORIES UPON REQUEST

SU 40 Ultrasound welding unit to join the two tapes' ends

Photocell with control card to read fabric edges, tapes' continuous and discontinuous guidelines and also guide difficult tapes

Hot calender to iron slit ribbons

Supplementary rewinder with overhang pneumatic expansion shaft electronically adjusted tension to rewind cut and staggered ribbons on two shafts

Special blade holders for minimum cutting width of 9 mm

F: Supplementary rewinding shaft, pneumatically expandable, to rewind slit ribbbons on two shafts at the same time. Upon request the supplementary shaft can be of a different diameter than the first.
